PaizoCon 2009 Photos

PaizoCon 2009 is the second PaizoCon. The original was a fan-created event led by Tim Nightengale, and it was so popular and fun that Paizo got involved and basically took over for Tim... which is a good thing, as PC1 had about 25 people and this year we had over 200 (it also meant Tim could relax and have fun instead of trying to run a show). There are many other people uploading their photos and blogging about it, I just want to put mine up here before I forget, so there won't be much explanation right now on this page. Short summary: good time, some weirdness for me that had nothing to do with the con, but it was a very good show and I had a lot of fun. :)

Scarlet Monastery game--Friday
the group
dealing with the early defenders
enemy paladin surrounded!
watch out for his priestess girlfriend!

Miniature-Painting Workshop--Friday
the group's finished minis (minus those who took theirs with them... I held onto these for a day to seal them, as the new painters didn't have any means to do so

Scarlet Monastery game--Sunday
(I don't have a picture but I know there's one out there... send or link it to me!)
chaos in the courtyard
the enemy paladin is alerted by a ground-zero potion of fireball
the paladin smite-crits the rogue
victory, at a price...

Scarlet Monastery game--the minis
One thing I did for this event was paint minis for each of the six pregenerated characters (times two, one for each session of the event), and whoever played a character got to keep the mini representing their character. I'll give full info in the Miniatures Funhaüs later, but for now these links will have to do.
