Description and Personality: Blacksting was
the first of his clutch to hatch, and promptly ate all of his unhatched
siblings. He was driven out of his mother's nest as soon as possible because
of his great hunger and violent streak. He has been bribed into working
for evil wizards and generals several times in the past, leaving when he
becomes bored or resentful or if his employer is defeated. He is more than
capable of working alone, although he is not the greatest planner and prefers
to swoop once with his breath weapon and come back later to clean up the
remaining foes. One of his military employers taught him that if he makes
a breath weapon attack and then retreats for a short while, enemies often
assume that he is a true dragon and can breathe multiple times per day.
Blacksting prefers silver items, potions, and larger
magic items and valuables that he can wear and manipulate with his foot-claws.
When alone, he keeps his treasure in his nest, but when working for another
he arranges to have it transported to a temporary nest in the lair of his
employer so that he may keep an eye on it. He doesn't know who his father is and doesn't care.
