Description: Seldzar is a handsome dark elf
now entering middle age. He has a long nose, wide red eyes mottled with
green, and a widow's peak. He is confident but not vain, pleasant but not
gregarious, forceful but not overbearing. He normally dresses in black
and violet silks, sometimes with green trim.
History and Personality: Seldzar was once
an elite scout for a drow noble house in Menzoberranzan. After a drow raid
on the surface left his group cut off from their access to the underdark,
they stayed together as long as possible. One went to work for the Zhentarim,
another found a place in Skullport, and Seldzar used his hat of disguise
to blend into Waterdeep society. He lived on the surface for seven years
before returning to his home and starting a mercenary company. Since that
time, his fortunes have waxed and waned, but he has never lost his entire
team. Now his forces include several of his relatives, which pleases him
and keeps him on his toes.
The Company: Seldzar's company consists of
himself, his eleven major associates, ten 1st-level fighters, four 2nd-level
fighters, eight 1st-level rogues, three 2nd-level rogues, three 1st-level
clerics, one 2nd-level cleric, two 1st-level wizards, and one 3rd-level
wizards. He normally deploys only a portion of his forces at a time, usually
a squad of four fighters, four rogues, and one of the major associates.
