A Couple of Fiendish Orc Fighters

Fiendish orc Ftr4 (2); CR 5; Medium-size humanoid (Orc); HD 4d10+8; hp 30; Init +5; Spd 20 ft.; AC 18 (touch 10, flat-footed 18); Atk +9 melee (1d6+7/x3, masterwork handaxe), +5 melee (1d64/x3, masterwork handaxe); SA smite good (1/day, +4 damage); SQ cold resistance 10, damage reduction 5/+1, darkvision, fire resistance 10, light sensitivity, spell resistance 8; AL CE; SV Fort +6, Ref +2, Will +3; Str 20, Dex 12, Con 14, Int 8, Wis 11, Cha 6.
Skills and Feats: Climb ?1, Spot +3; Improved Initiative, Iron Will, Two-Weapon Fighting, Weapon Focus (handaxe), Weapon Specialization (handaxe).
Gear: +1 breastplate, masterwork handaxes (2), necklace of fireballs (I).

The armor of these two fiendsh orcs its made of fire-blackened red metal and dull steel. The armor is very gothic and spooky-looking. The orcs themselves have dull red skin and wiry black hair. They are more than willing to drop a fireball from a necklace at their feet, counting on their natural resistance to protect them.
Ghostwalk connection: They're fiendish, and given Orcus' presence as the main evil deity you'll see fiends now & then; they're low-level enough to be useable for mid-level foes (since there aren't many low-CR fiends). They're also useful for conjuring by enemy spellcasters.
