Description and Personality: Like her older brother Gavik, Vonnda left her tribe at a young age, following her father into the wilderness in her thirteenth year. At an age when she would normally be thinking about her adult role in the tribe and possibly choosing a husband for herself, she instead found herself living in the forest on whatever her banished father and brother could hunt or scrounge from the fringes of a dangerous forest. She was sixteen when her father died, now a woman hardened by struggle and isolated by the company of her two brooding relatives. When her father was killed she was almost glad, for it meant she and her brother had no reason to remain away from the tribe, but Gavik insisted on traveling to the City of Ghosts to speak to their dead father. Rather than leave the only fixed thing in her life, she followed, resentful and guilty for feeling that way. Overwhelmed by the city and awkward at speaking with strangers, she retreated emotionally and rarely speaks more than a few words at a time. Her preferred method of communication is a glower. Her brother's presence is the only thing that keeps her focused, and without him in her life she might slip away to the wilds and live out her life as a bitter hermit, old before her time.
