     Scimitar of Brazen Shadow: This +1 ghost touch scimitar has a strongly hooked blade, an animal skull at the base of the hilt, and a black drow rune meaning "shadow" near the blade's base. It addition to its obvious primary abilities, up to five times per day upon command the weapon can generate a dusky haze around its wielder lasting one minute. The haze protects the bearer against all effects of full sunlight (for example, drow and orcs suffer no penalties in daylight, and vampires and spectres are unharmed by sunlight) and provides a +4 resistance bonus to saves against light or darkness spells or effects.
