This is the Stygian Guardian from Chronopia. I don't know anything about the Chronopia game or universe, but they have a few weird looking demon minis, and this is one of them. It actually has another pair of arms that mount above its shoulder blades, but it looks cool without them and their absence doesn't leave any weird grooves on the back, so I left them off. His body is Scaly Green drybrushed with Vile Green (the scale ridges are really well defined on this mini so it's easy to drybrush). The coppery parts are Beaten Copper highlighted with a wash of black ink. The haft of the weapon is Chain Mail, and his eyes are Scorpion Green. I posted a different version of Venomblack here. |
