This is a Roman emperor mini from Foundry's Roman Empire line, specifically from one of their gladiator ("We who are about to die") sets. I'm using him in my New Argonauts campaign as King Phemius, ruler of Calydonia, the city-state terrorized by two monstrous boars. I might end up using him to represent any other kings they encounter later in the game. Simple paint scheme. Dark flesh, black hair drybrushed with gray.
