This is the Bloodletter from Games workshop. Willow painted it, so these are all guesses. His main skin is Blood Red mixed with Bestial Brown. The tongue is Pallid Flesh, with little bits of a light blue. The horns are red mixed with Chain Mail, the kilt is two shades of deep green. The sword blade is Chain Mail. The yellowish parts on his flesh, clothing, and sword are red and metallic yellow. Bracelets are Chain Mail. Toe claws are Chain Mail mixed with Chaos Black.
