Privateer's Press's Skarlock from their War Machine game. This is a really fun mini, though a bit CRAZY in its appearance. The trail from the "throwing skull" in the original sculpt wraps completely around its body (as you can see in this official paint here), but I didn't want to mess with that much looping (and I feared it would break easily with handling), so I left off the end of the trailing piece. Assembly was just attaching the left arm and making sure it had a good fit where the "trail" from the "throwing skull" connects at the creature's hip.

Although the official version of this creature is a mummified skeletal thing, I wanted a more ethereal, ghostly appearance. Like for my other ghostly minis, I painted him black, drybrushed him with dark blue, then a drybrush of an eerie blue, and a lighter creepy blue-greenish drybrush over that. His head and the "throwing skull" got some light, thin coats of light brown, drybrushed with ivory to give them a physical skull-like appearance. The arms, the spines on his back, and the scroll cases at his side got another, lighter green drybrush, with his fingers getting an even lighter brushing to make them stand out even more.

The pictures don't really show how cool it looks in person, very creepy and sickly-looking. It's also a rather LONG mini, front to back it's easily an inch and a half for an otherwise human-proportioned creature.
