This is a pretty simple mini, just a robed guy with a cobra-headed staff. Base color is deep green, drybrushed with a lighter green. The hood is darker than the general color of the robes to break up the look and not make it look so boring. Rope belt and pouch touched up in a very light green. Staff has a slightly different green drybrush to make it stand out better from the clothing.
This is an old Ral Partha mini, which means you can get it from that company's new incarnation, Ironwind Metals.
I used this mini to represent Mastioth, a Ghostwalk NPC in one of that book's included adventures. Mastioth wears a hooded robe so he's not recognized on the street as being not human....
