I acquired this long ago and forgot what company made it; its base was so tiny that I glued it to a larger base, and I couldn't check the bottom of the mini for the identity engraving. Fortunately, JoeGKushner recognized it as a Ral Partha/Iron Wind mini, Inquisitor, With Sword of Justice.
