Skin is Ice Blue, drybrushed with a mix of that and white.

Armor and weapon are steel drybrushed with silver. At some point I'll flock it with snow-like flocking but I didn't have any of that when I was getting ready for Gen Con Indy 2005, where we used this in a game.
