The character's dress is a darkened Warlock Purple. Highlights on the dress are Warlock Purple mixed with Chain Mail, giving it a nice metallic sheen. The hair is Shining Gold mixed with some Blood Red. The skin is Pallid Flesh. The sphere in her hand is a bunch of different colors and I don't know what they are. The base of the mini has not been fully painted yet because we don't know how we're going to decorate it.
I used this mini to represent Dqniel (yes, that's how he spells it sometimes) Kaufman's elf ghost wizard Furka Goldenmane in the Ghostwalk playtest campaign. The funny thing is, I thought Dqniel's character was a female, so I brought in some female minis to choose from. When he told me that his character was male, I couldn't find any male elves in my collection that were appropriate (of course now I have a bunch of Chain Mail minis that would work well, but this one was already painted at the time). And hey, it's fun to joke that you can't tell male and female elves apart. :) Furka chose some of the more "I'm a hard to spot ghost" feats from the book.
