This is the Well of Doom, a nice example of the "creepy thing suprises you from the well" scenario. It assembled pretty easily (each of the four tentacles is a separate piece), though I decided to drill through the well base so I could pin the tentacles in place to prevent them from popping off with use.

Tentacles are a Emerald/Slime highlighted with a Slime, and coated with about six coats of glossy sealant to make them look sllimy. The underside of the tentacles is Dwarf Flesh highlighted with Fair Maiden, washed with Flesh Shade Ink to dirty it up. The pustules on the back are a lightened Slime, the open sores are Aged Red Brick. The well itself is a standard two-color drybrush job, the bones are a standard Ivory/White drybrush job.

Note the tentacle-color similarity with the Demonic Lasher.

I used this mini in an adventure I wrote published in Dungeon issue #120.
