These all come from four Goblin Fighters sets (Goblin Fighters 1, 2, 3 and 4) from Harlequin, which I picked up at Gen Con 2002. I like them because they have some personality and don't look like weak weasely goblins.

They have a pretty standard color scheme: skin is Kilt Green blushed with Emerald. Armor is Steel Plate brushed with Truesilver. Shields and spearhafts are Walnut brushed with Woodland Brown. Eyes are Sunlight. Leather items (like bedrolls, belt pouches, straps, boots, etc.) are Aged Red Brick or Maroon. Jewelry (each has bracelet) is Truesilver washed with black ink.

I did one thing to make them stand out from each other, particularly the members of the identical trios: I colored their helms (or helm plumes, in the case of the guys with the short swords) a different color and drybrushed the poppy-seed flocking the same color. So the spiked club guys are gray, orange, or blue; the scimitar guys are red, yellow, or purple; the sword guys are red, green, or black; and the other three are bronze, red-gold, or light white. It works out pretty well ... subtle, but recognizeable if you're looking for it, and helps the PCs identify which goblin they want to attack.

(I like the guy with the morningstar in the last photo ... he has a severed head tied to his belt in the back.)
