This is the Gray Elf Duelist from Chainmail. He was primed and coated with a light blue color (along with the Gray Elf Archer) then left alone for several months while I moved to California.

His color scheme is mostly shades of blue, with some striking purple to set off the blues. His sleeves, boots, vest hem, and the leather (?) strip hanging from his belt are dark blue, as are the embroidered decorations on the back of his shirt [inset]. I used brown on his hair, the tops of his boots (which look more like leather kneepads), and on his dagger sheaths. The sash/belt is a strong purple. The rivets in his leather armor and bracers are copper, as are the hilts of his daggers. The blades of his two-bladed sword are steel, with the runic stuff done in .2mm Prima pen (based on the lettering on the title page of my 1977 edition of Lord of the Rings.

An odd thing is that due to a quirk of the mold or the process of making the mini, this guy's nose is really short -- almost absent. So I included that in the description of the character based on this mini -- Salavarin, Bane of Snakemen.
