This is the War Ape from Chainmail. The body is Bestial Brown mixed with Chaos Black, drybrushed with Bestial Brown mixed with Scab Red. The teeth are Snakebite Leather drybrushed with a mix of that and Bone White, and the tongue is a mix of Blood Red and Bestial Brown. The arm-weapon things are Chain Mail.
