I had to keep touching up this mini over the days I was painting it because our cats kept playing with it at night. :P

This is the WotC water elemental. It is Scaly Green with a drybrush of Hawk Turquoise and a wash of Reaper's blue ink. The base is made of Sculpey, as it's a little back-heavy on a normal slotted base and I didn't want it to keep falling over. The base is flocked with (oddly enough) leftover sand from my girlfriend's zen garden. I had to keep touching up this mini over the days I was painting it because our cats kept playing with it at night. :P |
